Domestic Shipping Area

We currently offer shipping to all addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. Territories outside of the 50 states via our standard checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-5 business days.

Shipping Details
Free USPS Ground Advantage: 5-8 business days after fulfillment.
USPS Priority Express: 2-4 business days after fulfillment.

Please note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Unexpected carrier delays may occur during peak seasons or due to weather.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly through the USPS website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kidney Balance is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately with our contact details below. 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team as soon as reasonably possible so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
